Detach the upper part of the door from the inside ceiling by turning the twist locks. The lower part of the door does not need to be removed, as it is already in place.
Swing the upper door down so the bottom edge meets with the top edge of the lower door.
Lift and insert the tabs on the bottom of the upper door into the brackets that run along the top of the lower door.
Twist the two plastic retainers at the top of the upper door. This will hold the top of the door in place and provide stability.
Fasten the latch between the upper and lower doors to hold them together.
Attach the included canvas to the screen area of the assembled door with the Velcro strips.
Open and close the door to test that it is functioning properly.
