7. Odometer Reading. Provide a written statement verifying the odometer reading of your ATV on the application form.
8. Inspection Report and Odometer Statement. Submit the State Police Inspection Report and Odometer Statement along with the completed Application for Certificate of Title.
9. Application Fee. Pay the required fee for the Certificate of Title. The fee varies based on vehicle type and county of registration.
10. Visit Local Tax Collector. Once all required documents are obtained and completed, visit your local County Tax Collector's Office to submit your application and supporting documents.
