Can a commercial van go through holland tunnel?

Commercial vans can go through the Holland Tunnel, but there are restrictions. Commercial vehicles over 13 feet 6 inches in height or 8 feet in width are prohibited from using the tunnel. Additionally, commercial vehicles carrying hazardous materials are also prohibited from using the tunnel.
