Can you pull a trailer with learners permit in Alberta?

In Alberta, learners with a Class 7 learner's permit are not permitted to tow a trailer. To become authorized to tow a trailer with a Class 5 GDL, you must pass a written test and receive an air brake endorsement on your license.
