Manhattan Bridge Tolls: Free for Cars, Charged for Trucks

The Manhattan Bridge has no toll for passenger vehicles. Only trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles pay tolls. This makes it a popular free crossing between Manhattan and Brooklyn for drivers, unlike the nearby Brooklyn Bridge (also free) or tunnels/bridges with fees.
