This pass allows you to experience the convenience of traveling between Zagreb and Vienna along with a few days to explore Vienna independently once you arrive in Austria.
Purchase your rail passes online at least six months in advance of your trip to Europe. Passes will be mailed to you directly.
Inquire about discounts or specials. Rail passes and seat reservations might be offered at reduced rates for slower trains and some might be cheaper during off-peak seasons.
Reserve your seat on the train to Vienna. Seat reservations cost extra but will secure seating once you board the train.
Validate your ticket before you board the train. If you will be starting your trip in Croatia, it is imperative to validate your ticket immediately in order to correctly validate the dates of your rail pass. Steep fines are implemented against those failing to validate their pass correctly.
Check seating assignments before you sit down if you did not reserve a seat when booking your train travel from Zagreb to Vienna.
