How to Track a Shipment With Purolator

Through Purolator's Website

  Log onto the internet.

  Direct your browser to Purolator's website.

  Place your cursor over "Track" in the menu bar and click "Track by PIN."

  Enter the PIN of the package you would like to track in the text box below "Track your Shipment" and click "Track" below the text box. All of the tracking information appears on the next page.

Through Email

  Log onto the internet and direct your browser to your preferred email service.

  Compose a new email addressed to "[email protected]".

• 7

  Type the PIN of the package you would like to track in the body of the email.

  Click the "Send" button in your email system. An email will arrive in a short period of time with all of your package's tracking information.
