Valley View RV Campground is eight minutes away from the Macks Inn area and 13.5 miles from Yellowstone National Park. The campground has 50 large pull-through RV sites that come with full hookups. RedRock RV and Camping Park is less than 30 minutes from Macks Inn and located next to Henry's Lake and Rock River. Small, medium and large RV sites are available, which can all accommodate RVs 40 feet and larger. The sites have a view of the mountains and forest and come with full or partial hookups. Campers can go hiking, fishing, boating, horseback riding and ATVing. Amenities on the RV campground include a convenience store, laundry facility, clean restrooms and showers, playground, dog walk area and free Wi-Fi. Nearby attractions include Yellowstone National Park (22 miles away), rodeos, Imax theater, Bear World and various dining and shopping facilities. The campground should be open from May through September, but due to unpredictable weather conditions, visitors should call beforehand to make sure the campground is open.

Sawtelle Mountain Resort's RV park is less than 10 minutes from Macks Inn in Island Park. There are 65 wooded RV campsites available that all have full hookups and go up to 70 feet in size. RV campers can enjoy fishing, snowmobiling, hiking, boating, four-wheeling, mountain biking and nature watching. The campsites come with public showers and bathrooms, fire pits, a pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, volleyball area and horseshoe pits. Campers can choose to rent boats, bikes and ATVs, or they can bring their own. Nearby attractions include Mesa Falls, Yellowstone National Park and St. Anthony Sand Dunes.
