Although sometimes called the Honeymoon Capital of the World, the Pocono Mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania offer much for families as well. The all-inclusive rate at Pocmont includes three meals daily and ranges from $50 to $100 per person in the winter, depending on the size of the room booked.

    • Located in Canadensis, Pennsylvania, Daniels Family Resort spans 100 acres and offers family activities for all ages, including indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, basketball, sauna, fishing, playgrounds, biking, hiking, sledding and an indoor game room. Many family packages exist, including one in the winter that runs $140 per adult and $45 per child and includes breakfast, dinner, nightly entertainment and planned activities for the whole family.
