Rural Arizona's Grasshopper Junction is a sparsely-populated area that is home to one of the state's landmarks, the roadside Grasshopper Junction restaurant. The area also is four miles from one of America's oldest mining towns, Chloride, Arizona, a place known today for its film shoots. The nearby city of Kingman is known as the "Heart of Historic Route 66," and is only 20 minutes away from Grasshopper Junction.
