Hotels in Laie, Hawaii

Laiei, Hawaii is a small city located on the northeastern tip of the island of Oahu. Hotel options are very limited here. As of January 2011, the Tiki Moon Villas is the only hotel located in this area. However, there are plenty of hotel accommodations in the neighboring cities, Hauula and Kahuku.

    • The Tiki Moon Villas are a collection of four villas located on Oahu's northern shore. These villas are directly on the beach and provide scenic views of Laie Beach. Room accommodations range from one bedrooms to two bedrooms. All villas come with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, complimentary Wi-Fi and one to two bathrooms, depending on the villa. Other room accommodations include a washer and dryer and a living area with a flat-screen 32-inch television. The Polynesian Cultural Center is located a half mile from this resort area.

    Turtle Bay Resort

    • Turtle Bay Resort is located five miles from Laie's city center in Kahuku near Sunset Beach. It features standard guest rooms, suites, cottages and villas. Dining options at Turtle Bay Resort include six restaurants and two bar/grills. Turtle Bay Resort offers recreational activities including helicopter tours, surfing lessons, golf, a kids club and moped rentals. Resort amenities include six boutiques/shops; a fitness center; a spa with full-service body treatments, massages, facials and beauty services; two spa tubs, an outdoor pool with a water slide and a pool for children.

    Four Seasons Lana'i The Lodge at Koele

    • Four Seasons Lana'i The Lodge at Koele is located on the private island of Lana'i, approximately 13 miles from Laie, Hawaii. Resort amenities include a fitness facility, three tennis courts, a pool, sporting clays and 18 holes of golf. Guests can also enjoy spa services, croquet and lawn bowling. A horse stable is on-site and offers guests daily rides along the Paniolo Trail, as well as private rides in the afternoon. Guest room accommodations include standard rooms and one-bedroom suites. Basic room amenities include a DVD/CD player, daily newspaper and twice-daily housekeeping service.

    • Once you're tired of laying on the beach and soaking up the sun, visit Laie's local attractions to get a better feel of the island and its culture.

      Visit Laie Falls, a 15-foot water fall located on the La'ie Ridge Trail. The La'ie Ridge Trail offers scenic views of the pacific ocean. The first stop along the trail is Laie Falls. Hikers can marvel in its beauty or take a refreshing dip before finishing the hike.

      Visit Gunstock Ranch, a family-owned and operated business that offers horseback rides for every type of rider. Among the available packages are the Sunset Ride and Campfire BBQ, the Moonlight Ride and the Scenic Ride. The Sunset Ride and Campfire BBQ offers two hours on the horses followed by a BBQ steak dinner around a campfire; the Moonlight Ride is a 90-minute ride by moonlight; and the Scenic Ride is a 90-minute ride in the Ko'olau mountains with a views of the Windward coastline.
