Located close to Soap Lake, Marlin, Washington, is also known by the name of Krupp. It is a small city, with a population of about 60. The small town is located near several state parks, including Sun Lakes State Park, Stratford Wildlife Recreation Area and Potholes State Park.
West of Marlin, Washington, The Inn at Soap Lake lies along the shores of Soap Lake. The Inn is a historical building that was initially a stable and blacksmith shop. The building was converted to a hotel in 1915. Regular rooms, whirlpool suites, cottages and a bridal suite are available in the hotel. Masters Inn is located along the shores of Soap Lake, west of Marlin, Washington. Guests can enjoy fishing out on Soap Lake, as well as on 17 other area lakes. Located east of Marlin, Washington, La Collage Inn is found in Odessa. It was formerly known as the Odessa Inn. The Inn offers themed rooms for guests to enjoy. Themes include the Seaside Beach room, Italian room, '50s and '60s Auto room, Rose room and Frontier room. Each room features decor to match the theme. Odessa is home to the German festival called Deutschesfest. A golf course and local brewery are also nearby.
The Notaras Lodge is located near Soap Lake, west of Marlin, Washington. The building was built to look like a rustic log cabin and feature 15 rooms, each with a different decor theme. A kitchen area is located in each room, and some of the rooms offer a whirlpool. Guests can dine in the lodge's Don's Restaurant and enjoy relaxation at Waterstone Massage. Guests can also choose between fresh water and mineral water from the lake for bathing.
