Float the winding Snake River, hike through more than 200 miles of trails or witness bison, grizzly bears and gray wolves in their native habitat at the Grand Teton National Park. The northwest Wyoming park is most easily accessible by car, but many appreciate the convenience of the on-site airport -- the only commercial airport within 120 miles of the national park.
Located at the base of the Teton mountain range, the Jackson Hole Airport offers service to a limited number of cities seasonally. Airlines such as American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, Skywest Airlines and United Airlines fly passengers to Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Newark, Salt Lake City and San Francisco directly. Shuttles, taxis and rental cars are the most convenient methods to and from the airport. Because of the airport's location within the national park, parking is limited.
