Neopolitan cuisine is the specialty of the house with popular dishes including the veal chop with sweet and hot peppers and the lemon chicken made with olive oil and red wine vinegar. On Sundays, the restaurant offers a four-course prix fixe menu designed for families. A range of signature wines are available and made exclusively for Rao's by the Vineyard at Strawberry Ridge in Preston, Connecticut. Rao's serves dinner nightly. Reservations are highly recommended. Established in May 1992, Trevi is in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. The restaurant gets its name from the Trevi Fountain in Rome, and in honor of its namesake has a large fountain in its dining area. The restaurant held Zagat ratings of "very good to excellent" for its food, decor and service. The signature entree is the linguine al frutti di mare, pasta tossed with lobster, shrimp, scallops, tomatoes and scallions in a cream sauce. Leave room for dessert, Trevi is well-known for its tiramisu and chocolate torta. The restaurant has a full bar and specializes in cocktails made with Italian sodas or the restaurant's house-made sorbetto. Trevi is open for lunch and dinner daily. Reservations are taken online and by phone for parties of up to eight, but for larger parties, be sure to call Trevi. Make sure you are prompt; the restaurant only holds reservations for 20 minutes, and the wait can be long at dinner hour without one. Casual attire is acceptable.
