King’s Gate Park is an adult RV and mobile home community for people 55 years of age and older. All 286 lots in King’s Gate are resident-owned, and some lots even allow pets. King’s Gate is located within walking distance of golf courses, banking, movies, hospitals, farmer's markets, citrus fruit groves, shopping, dining and cultural activities. Each year the King’s Gate community votes on a King’s Gate Court, the members of which are responsible for planning social activities within the community. The Royal Coachman RV Resort is close to the beach and local attractions, and offers 567 sites available for short- or long-term rentals. Activities at the site include tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, boating, fishing and swimming. Children are welcome at the Royal Coachman, and there is even a playground on the premises.
