Big Bear Frontier Cabins and Hotel are located on Big Bear Lake, just off of Highway 19 in Big Bear Lake, California. Big Bear Lake is located in the San Bernadino National Forest, about an hour northeast of the city of San Bernadino in southern California.
Big Bear Frontier has 32 cabins ranging in size from one to five bedrooms. Each cabin's design is different, with amenities in some cabins including fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, laundry facilities, kitchens stocked with cookware or a barbecue area. One cabin even features a live tree growing through the interior.
The adjacent Big Bear Lake offers recreation, including fishing and boating, water skiing and wakeboarding. In the winter, you can ski and snowboard at Big Bear Resort five minutes away. The town of Big Bear Lake is also home to a zoo, art galleries and the Big Bear Discovery Center, which is filled with exhibits about the area.
