The resort consists of 156 units in 4 separate buildings. This includes deluxe poolside rooms, efficiencies and condominiums. Many rooms feature tropical decor. Some rooms have 2 TVs and 2 private balconies. Poolside rooms accommodate 2 guests. Condos sleep up to 8 and come with a washer and dryer.
Amenities include planned seasonal activities, free wireless Internet, DVD rentals, clothes steamers, HBO, poolside gas grills, free twice a week bbq's (in July and August) and free use of beach umbrellas, pool towels, boogie boards and beach chairs.
As of September 2010 room rates start at $58 (taxes not included). Current package deals include a mid-week package and fall weekend package. There is also a music-related 50s and 60s weekend package, which includes tickets to a sockhop and concert, breakfast (two mornings), one dinner, bottle of wine, box of taffy and Convention Center tickets.
