Lightly traveled two-lane roads twist and turn through the Ozark Mountains in northwestern Arkansas. Rider’s Rest Motel claims to be the first bikers only motel in the U.S. Standard rooms with bike-themed artwork have a dorm fridge, television, Wi-Fi and private bath. Amenities geared to motorcyclists include lighted, covered parking and an outdoor wash area. Bikers are invited to bring their own beer to Chili Bob’s, the motel’s outdoor bar, play horseshoes or lounge around the fire pit with fellow motorcycle enthusiasts. Because the motel is on 6 acres and restricted to motorcyclists, riders needn’t worry about disturbing non-riders.
The Eureka Inn offers "ride rewards" and discounted rates to motorcyclists. In addition to motorcycle parking, the hotel has parking for support vehicles and trailers and a bike washing station. Ground floor rooms have direct access to the parking lot; some rooms have a dorm fridge, a two-person Jacuzzi tub or double vanities. If you’re traveling with a large party, connecting rooms are available. The on-site restaurant is open for breakfast daily, and an outdoor heated pool with a hot tub is open seasonally.
Bikers Bluebird Lodge allows vehicles other than motorcycles for those traveling with someone driving a car or truck. The budget-friendly motel offers indoor bike parking. Rooms have one king or two queen-sized beds, a sitting area and cable television. Each room has a one- or two-person jetted tub and a balcony with mountain views. Beer, foosball, video games and Wi-Fi are on tap at the Bush Doctor Sports Bar. Inexpensive tent campsites are also available on the 17-acre property.
A discount on a two-night stay, breakfast and covered parking are included in the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks motorcycle package. The pet-friendly motel has a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, gaming arcade and full-service restaurant. One king and one or two queen-sized standard rooms have high-speed Internet access and standard amenities such as a coffeemaker and ironing board. Suites are equipped with a microwave oven, dorm fridge and wet bar. When the pool is open, the inn screens movies poolside.
