This is what the hotel industry calls "turn down service." You can request it when you check in and at some hotels, you can even request it online.
When you check into a hotel that offers turn down service, you can ask for it. The front desk manager will schedule the service at a particular time, so if there is an hour or two that you don't wish to be disturbed, let them know.
Hotels are developing apps so guests can do everything from check out to order room service without actually calling or visiting the front desk.
