The Delta Lodge is located in Bayfield County in the Chemquamegon National Forest, the perfect place for a wilderness getaway. The lodge offers 12 cabins in which to stay. Towels and soap for the kitchen and bathroom are not supplied. Cabins also do not include television sets, although there is one available for use in the main lodge. Cabin rentals include the use of a boat on Lakes Everett and Delta. All of the cabins have screened-in porches, while some also offer fireplaces. Cabin sizes range from one to six bedrooms. Depending on the cabin of your choice, you may also have a washer and dryer, cathedral ceiling and sauna. There are several area events throughout the year to enjoy during your stay such as the Ice Fishing Contest on Lake Superior in March, Summerfest in June and Washburn’s Merry Ol’ Christmas in Washburn in December. Big Bear Hideaway is located just outside of downtown Boulder Junction. The resort, once a private estate, features five secluded luxury hideaways with full kitchens and wireless Internet.
