Las Vegas Condos at Casinos

Endless casinos, massive hotels and non-stop nightlife make Las Vegas the ultimate adult playground. If you find yourself constantly in Vegas, buying or renting a condominium is an option to consider. A number of hotels on and off the strip have condo units, some of which are used as hotel suites, and others available for purchase. If you enjoy gambling, casino hotels also have condominium units.
  1. Palms Place Tower

    • The Palms Place Tower is part of the Palms Casino Resort and features luxurious condominium hotel suites as well as units available for purchase. Palms Place has studio, one- and two-bedroom suites and a number of penthouse suites to choose from. Between the Palms Place Tower and the connecting Palms Casino Resort, visitors will find eight nightclubs and lounges, 10 restaurants, the Drift Spa, a pool, and the 95,000-square-foot casino, which is open 24 hours. The Palms Casino is a mile away from the Las Vegas strip where guests can check out attractions such as the fountain show at the Bellagio Fountain or take a ride on the roller coaster on top of the Stratosphere Hotel. If you tire of dining at the Palms restaurants, check out nearby Gaylord's for Indian cuisine and Tommy Rockers Mojave Beach Bar & Grill for cheap eats and live entertainment.

    Signature at MGM Grand

    • The Signature at MGM Grand comprises the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino's condo hotel, located right next door. The Signature offers a quiet, luxury retreat just steps from all that the MGM Grand Casino has to offer, but away from the noise of the main casino building. This non-smoking condo hotel offers both hotel suites and condominiums for residential purchase. Choose from junior and one- and two-bedroom suites. Amenities between the two properties include two pools, a spa and 14 restaurants. Several of the restaurants are celebrity-chef owned such as Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak, and Noble Tavern by Michael Mina. Nearby attractions include M&M World, where you can see every color and kind of M&M imaginable, and Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum.

    City Center

    • City Center is a 76-acre multi-property mini-city consisting of the Aria Hotel and Casino, the Mandarin Oriental, the Harmon Hotel and Spa, Veer Towers, Vdara Hotel and Spa and Crystals, a massive retail and entertainment complex. Vdara, Veer Towers and Mandarin Oriental offer modern, sophisticated condominium units for sale. Designer boutiques such as Louis Vuitton and Hermes can be found in the Crystals complex, as well as celebrity-owned restaurants such as Wolfgang Puck's Pizzeria & Cucina and Eva Longoria Parker's Latin restaurant, Beso. Guests can also gamble at Aria's high-tech casino and party the night away at Eve the Nightclub.
