Grand Timber Lodge is a ski resort that offers guests a choice of condominium-style accommodations. Rooms vary in size from studios to three-bedroom condos. The resort features two swimming pools and six hot tubs, an athletic facility, exercise classes, spa, restaurant with a bar, and a ski and snowboard rental shop. Depending upon the room size, there is either a kitchen or kitchenette, cable TV with DVD player and full bathroom. Larger rooms have jetted tubs, gas fireplaces and private decks.

Valdoro Mountain Lodge is at the base of Peak 9. Condominium-style rooms are available in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Studios feature queen-sized beds, a 32-inch TV with DVD player, oversized jetted tub and free wireless Internet. One- and two-bedroom suites offer a living area with a 42-inch flat-panel TV, gas fireplace, full kitchen and washer and dryer. The resort grounds offer a spa, fitness center, arcade, two outdoor whirlpool spas, a pool and the Valdoro Lounge restaurant.

The Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center features two heated pools, spa, sauna and steam room, arcade room, miniature golf, seven hot tubs, restaurant and bar. A second bar is open during ski season, and a seasonal tennis court is available. There is an on-site ski and snowboard rental shop. All rooms include pay-for-use video games, movies and wireless Internet. The larger suites feature kitchens, wood-burning fireplaces and private balconies.
