Prepare at least three packages for presentation to the customer that meet her travel requests and pricing requirements.
Discuss each package with the customer. Provide detailed information on each package, including amenities, entertainment, travel arrangements, hotel stay and any additional details, such as car rentals. Offer advice and tips about the benefits of each package to help her make a decision.
Finalize reservations and the travel itinerary, putting together confirmation numbers and contact information for businesses providing services during the trip. Your contact information also should be included.
Send the travel itinerary along with any tickets and important documents to the customer.
