How to Check on a Disney Resorts Reservation

The Walt Disney Parks and Resorts include theme parks owned by The Walt Disney Company. Disneyland, located in Anaheim, CA, the first amusement park in the group, and was designed, built and opened by the company's founder, Walt Disney. Disney World, located in Lake Buena Vista, FL, is the largest resort area in the world. Millions of tourists, young and old alike, visit these resorts annually.

      Call Walt Disney World reservations at 407-939-7675.

      Follow the prompts to get to the appropriate person. Stay on the line for English, or press 9 for Spanish. You will be promoted to say what you are calling for, Disney World does not use a numeric system. You can either say, "Check on an existing reservation", "room reservations" or "travel package reservations"

      Ask the Disney World agent to verify your reservation. Give your reservation number, if you have it. If you do not have it, you will need to provide the name the reservation is under and details about your trip, such as the check in and check out date, and the resort at which you will stay.

      Open your web browser and navigate to DisneyWorld.com or disneyworld.disney.go.com. Both addresses will open the same homepage.

      Place your mouse over "My Disney Vacation," located on the grey toolbar, towards the top of the page. It has an orange suitcase with a Mickey Mouse head on it. When you place your mouse over this icon, a pull-down menu will appear. Click "Resort Reservations" on the pull-down menu.

      Scroll down the page. You will see a box marked "Itineraries." At the bottom of the box, click on
      "log in or register to begin." Sign in if you already have an account. If not, you will need to create an account. Select " No, I need to create an account." You will then be prompted to enter your name, email address, address, date of birth and agree to the terms and conditions of the website. When you are finished, click "create an account". You will then be taken back to the Itineraries page. This time, it will say,"Build a New Itinerary" or "Retrieve your Reservation." Select "Retrieve your Reservation."

      Fill in the needed information to retrieve your reservation. A screen will appear, asking for your reservation number, last name of the primary guest, resort name and date of arrival. You must have all of this information to proceed. Once all of the information is entered, click the search button. Your reservation will then be available for you to view.

      Call Disneyland Resort guest agents at (714) 520-5060.

      Follow the prompts. For English, stay on the line. For Spanish, press 9 on your telephone. To modify an existing reservation, press 2 on the phone. For general information, press 6 on the phone.

      Speak with a customer service representative. Have your reservation number available. If you do not have it, you will need to provide the name the reservation is under and details about your trip, such as the check in and check out date, and the resort you are staying at

      Navigate to Disneyland.com.

      Select My Disneyland by clicking it. My Disneyland is on the right side of the page, under the search box.

      Towards the bottom of the page, select hotel reservations, by clicking on "view your hotel reservations."

      Enter your eight digit confirmation or reservation number and your the phone number, including area code, that the reservation is under. You must have this information in order to proceed. Once, the information is entered, press continue and your reservation information will appear.
