City Treehouse is an indoor playground. It is the largest one of its kind in New York City and provides learning opportunities for toddlers while they are playing. The main play area is the treehouse. It is a two-story house with slides, secret caves and holes where toddlers can explore and use their imaginations. The Splash area is another play area where toddlers and older kids can play with interactive devices like the Stream Table, Build-a-Dam, Water Jets and Dump Buckets. City Treehouse also provides classes such as Ballet or Tap, Musical Movement with Jodi the Yogi, Creative Kid Moves, Hip Hop Hooray, Mom & Toddler Yoga, Crafty Tots and many more.

The Sony Wonder Technology Lab is a technology and entertainment center for toddlers and kids of all ages. Admission to the four-story lab is free but guests must secure a ticket. There are many exhibits and activities in the lab for toddlers and older kids. Some of these include the Shadow Garden and Sand Interactive, Wonder of Music, Production Studio, Dance Motion Capture, Animation Studio and many more. The center also has screenings for children at the high definition theater with shows such as Dora the Explorer, Sesame Street and the Backyardigans.

The Children’s Museum of Manhattan is for children of all ages. They have various exhibits where toddlers can explore, learn and have fun. Kids and their parents can also watch performances by Broadway artists and professional dancers. For children ages four years and younger, the museum has a program called the Hands-On Healthy Tots Workshop. The workshop provides information to toddles about health through storytelling, games, art activities and science experiments.
