List any beaches or landmarks that the property is near. For example, "Beach rental property is located 1 mile from Disney World Theme Park."
State if the beach property is part of a larger resort or community. For example, "Beach property is located at the luxurious Redondo Beach Resort."
List all features including high-speed Internet, patio and deck, and spa or hot tub. A list is generally provided. Check all that apply.
List the nightly and weekly rates in American dollars (USD).
Provide any notes. Information regarding minimum rental information should be included here. For example, "Three night minimum required" or "Summer season only."
Provide contact information including telephone number, fax number and email.
