Each of these pull-through sites in a shaded area comes with water, sewer and electric hook-ups of either 20, 30 or 50 amps. Restrooms, showers and laundry facilities are all within easy access of the camping sites. Situated on the Carney River and the midway point of an 11-mile hiking and jogging trail, the campground also has cable TV, a swimming pool, a pavilion for meetings and picnics and a climate-controlled clubhouse for RV clubs. Campers also receive high-speed wireless Internet at their sites. Nightly, weekly and monthly rates are all available.

Beavers Bend Secluded Acres

• Beavers Bend Secluded Acres in the southeastern Oklahoma town of Broken Bow has a variety of cabins for rent along with an RV and tent park in a wooded area. The RV sites are large pull-throughs and come with either 30- or 50-amp electric. Approximately half of the RV sites are full hook-ups, while the others have just water and electric. A barbecue cafe and grocery store

  are located on the grounds, which also have horseshoe pits, a playground, a pavilion, picnic tables, grills, restrooms, showers and a hot tub. Located near the 6 1/2 acre campground are boating and fishing opportunities on Broken Bow Lake. Hiking trails are also easily accessible from the campground. The entrance to Beaver's Bend State Park is less than three miles away.

• The Mingo RV Park provides both a quiet country setting as well as quick access to the attractions in the city of Tulsa. Its RV sites have plenty of room and come with water, sewer and 50-amp electric hookups. The sites also have cable TV and are located next to restrooms with showers and a laundry room. The restrooms and laundry room have air conditioning. The Mingo RV Park's recreation room includes video games, a pool table and modem hook-ups. Additional recreation facilities include a playground, horseshoe pits and a basketball court. A storm shelter in case of tornadoes and a propane-filling station are also on the property.
