Mission Bell RV Resort is an RV community for people 55 years and older. The campground has 358 sites, all with cement patios, water, sewer and 30/50-amp electricity. RV sites also come with wireless Internet, cable TV hookups, telephone connections and free long distance calls within Canada and the United States, as well as complimentary lawn service.
Mission Bell has shower and restroom facilities, a mail room, laundry facility and a barbecue area. The park offers many activities for residents, including bingo, darts, sewing, crafts, card games, line dancing and live entertainment. There is also a swimming pool, bocce ball, therapy spa, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits.

AmeriCana: The Birding Center RV Resort is also a park for those 55 years and older. Located down the street from the World Birding Center, the park has its own saltwater pool and recreation room with full kitchen. Guests can fish, swim and even camp in tent camping sites.
Wireless Internet access, laundry facilities, a spa, barbecue grills and private mail boxes are available. RV sites come with 20/30/50-amp electricity and are either shaded or semi-shaded. Many sites have phone and cable TV service, new stone patios and walkways.
Standard spaces are either gravel or grass, while premium sites are landscaped with fruit trees, oaks, mesquites or palms. The park also has super premium sites, extra-large sites that come with a patio and can accommodate rigs up to 80 feet long.

Circle T RV and Mobile Home Park is a pet-friendly park. RV lots come with concrete pads, phone and cable hookups, 30- or 50-amp service and propane delivery.
Circle T has a library, spa and heated pool. Guests can dance, play bingo, learn Spanish, enjoy live entertainment and attend church services, all on site. Circle T also has a library, pool room and crafts.
The resort has daily, weekly and more long-term rates as well as large mobile home rental units.
