The Northshore Resort is a 50-acre park on the banks of Lake Oconee, a mile from I-20 and 80 miles east of Atlanta near Oconee National Forest. RV sites feature full hookups, including wireless Internet access. The resort also offers cottages and cabins. Facilities include swimming pools, private beaches, boat slips with launch ramp, picnic pavilions and a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse. The park features a railroad theme, with 23 railroad cars throughout the park serving as park offices, shops, and playground features.
