Lehman's Lakeside RV Resort is located right off of I-90 in Marengo, Illinois, about 60 miles west of Chicago. Lehman's Lakeside RV Resort was recently renovated and now features a brand new communal building that houses an office, convenience store and bathroom facilities. Within the campground there is a lake that is used for fishing, swimming, canoeing and rafting. There is also a sand beach adjacent to the lake and a lawn where guests can play volleyball, basketball or throw horseshoes. There is also an arcade on-site, and during the winter months, guests can ice skate, snowmobile, cross-country ski and icefish.

Rock Cut State Park is located right off I-90, which borders the state park in Winnebego County. The park covers more than 3,000 acres and is home to Pierce Lake, a 162-acre lake, and Olson Lake, a 50-acre lake. Popular activities in the park include horseback riding, swimming, hiking, fishing and, in the winter, ice fishing and ice skating. Campsites with RV hookups are available.
