The Peach Queen Campground is located seven miles from the Chilton County seat in Clanton, and is just off I-65. There are 18 tent sites and 54 RV sites that include water, electric and sewer hookups. The park offers an on-site laundromat, restrooms with shower facilities, a swimming pool and nature trails for hiking. The campground has a stocked catfish lake where guests can fish without a license. The facility also has picnic areas shaded by trees. Pets are welcome. Reservations are recommended.

The Peach Park has 14 RV sites with full hookups. The park has shaded picnic table areas, a covered patio with rocking chairs, a playground, a walking path lined with flower gardens and paved roads. There is also a waterfall to relax near. The Peach Park Express restaurant and a Texaco service station are next door to the RV park. Reservations are not required.

Higgins Ferry Park has RV campsites with electric, water and sewer hookups. There are also primitive tent sites. Senior citizens are given a 10-percent discount. The park offers a lake, a dock for fishing, a playground and a restroom. Pets are welcome. Reservations are required.
