RV Parks in Logan, Utah

Logan, Utah, founded by Mormon settlers in 1859, is a city of about 50,000 people that's 90 minutes north of Salt Lake City. As the home of Utah State University, Utah Festival Opera and the Ellen Eccles Theatre, Logan has developed a reputation as a center for the arts.     • Located roughly 3 miles from the center of the city, this Logan campground offers 45 pull-through sites with full hookups. The park's amenities include wireless Internet access, cable TV, a camp store, bathrooms, showers, dump station, horseshoe pit, picnic tables, playground, and basketball and volleyball courts. Nearby attractions include Cache Valley Fun Park, Willow Park Zoo and Logan River Golf Course.

    Bear Lake/Garden City KOA

    • This 119-site campground, situated 40 miles from Logan in Garden City, offers full hookups at 37 of its sites, water/electric at another 51 sites and no hookups at the remaining 31 sites. Eighty-eight sites are pull-throughs. Other campground amenities include a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, miniature golf course, bike rentals, pavilion/meeting room and snack bar.

    Brigham City/Perry South KOA

    • Located in Brigham City, 28 miles from Logan, this 94-site campground provides full hookups at 66 of its sites and electric-only at another 12 sites. Sixteen sites don't have any hookups and 13 sites are pull-throughs. Near the base of 9,763-foot Willard Peak, the campground offers other amenities, such as free wireless Internet, pavilion/meeting room, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, horseshoe pit and volleyball court.

    Golden Spike RV Park

    • This 60-site campground is in Brigham City, 26 miles from Logan. Full hookups, including cable TV, are available at 38 of its sites and water/electric only is available at the remaining 22 sites. Thirty-eight sites are pull-throughs. Other amenities include wireless Internet, showers, bathrooms and self-laundry facilities. About 30 miles to the west is Golden Spike National Historic Site, which marks the point where the Central Pacific and Union Pacific railway tracks were joined to complete the nation's first transcontinental railroad.

    Hyrum State Park Campground

    • Suitable only for self-contained RVs, this 32-site state park campground is 8 miles from downtown Logan. There are no hookups, nor is there any dump station in the park. Some sites offer a view of the nearby lake. There are several nicely shaded campsites, and fishing in the lake is excellent.
