Founded in 1885, Medford, Oregon, is located in the southeastern part of the state and is 173 miles south of Eugene. A Jackson County public park, Cantrall-Buckley County Park offers 50 campsites for RV campers. The sites are handicap accessible. No hookups are available at the park. Restrooms are available on site. A horseshoe pit and playground are nearby for recreation. The campground is adjacent to the Applegate River, which offers freshwater swimming and horseshoes. The 88-acre park also provides an opportunity to spot local varieties of birds and other wildlife. The park is open from April through October. The maximum stay at the campground is 14 days. Reservations are not accepted; all spots are first-come, first-serve.

Fish Lake Resort is located in the Cascade Mountains at an elevation of around 4,600 feet. The RV park is family owned and offers accommodations for tenting as well as cabins that have full electricity. Forty-six sites are available, five of which are pull-throughs sized 20 feet by 50 feet. The remaining sites measure 18 feet by 35 feet. Guests have their choice of lakefront or forested spots. All of the sites have full hookups. Amenities include restrooms, coin-operated showers, laundry facilities, a public telephone, propane, groceries and firewood. The Fish Lake Cafe is found on the property and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. At Fish Lake, campers can enjoy freshwater fishing, swimming and boating. Boat rentals are available from the resort. The resort also has a game room. Daily, monthly and seasonal rates are available. Reservations are required.

Located to the east of Meford on the way to the neighboring town of Jacksonville, Cobblestone Mobile Home & RV Park features 14 campsites, all of which are back-ins. All of the sites have full hookups. Restrooms and showers are provided at the park, and there is a full laundry facility for travelers' convenience. The park offers daily, weekly and monthly rates. Reservations are required. The park allows pets.
