The Sundowner Tiona lodging facility offer a resort style swimming pool, large Jacuzzi, and guest lounge. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of outdoor pursuits while visiting the Booti Booti National Park area. Surfing and boating on the waves of the Seven Mile Beach, walking trails, bike paths, movie and game room, as well as the services of the facility kitchen and barbecue enclave. Sundowner Tiona also features a gift shop and supply store.
Guests can elect to stay in a beachside cabin (sleeps six) with picturesque views and a camp style kitchen. A conventional cabin offers linen service, a camp style kitchen, microwave and dining table. This cabin also sleeps six and features a lakeside view. Sand Dune Family cottages sleep four, in two separate bedrooms, and boast a camp mini-kitchen, television and views of Seven Mile Beach. The Beachside Ensuite Cabin sleeps six, with a kitchenette, open floor plan and beach views. Lakeview Ensuite Cabins are nestled among a bevy of Cabbage Tree Palms near Wallis Lake.
These cabins are located near the facilities conference center. Ensuite cabins sleep six and include a kitchen and views of Wallis Lake. The Luxury Beachside Spa Eco-Cottage offers two bedrooms, indoor-outdoor soaking spa and television. Beachside Spa cottages also boast two bedrooms, two bedrooms and a kitchenette, just off the ocean shoreline. Tent camping sites are also available.
A "Kids Club" activity area is offered without charge to all Sundowner Tiona Tourist Park families. Two activity sessions per day are offered per day. Staff members organize creative activities in conjunction with a specific theme, or seasonal reference. In addition to craft activities, the Sundowner Tiona Tourist Park also offers interactive games and child friendly movies.
Destination wedding packages are another popular feature of the Sundowner Tiona Tourist Park. The Green Cathedral is located just off the shores of Wallis Lake. An open-air setting features a large seating area, rustic wooden cross, all situated under the shady leaves of Cabbage Palm trees. Guests can select a wedding pre-designed wedding package option, or create an event organized by the bride and groom. The cocktail party package is available poolside for up to 45 guests as a nuptials or reception local. Special packages are also available for personal and beauty care of the wedding party, as well as for guests who are celebrating an anniversary at the Sundowner Tiona.
Adventurous visitors can select seasonal and activity based lodging packages. A surfing and skydiving four-night guest package includes lodging, a tandem skydive, seafood dinner, breakfast, and a cheese and wine platter upon arrival. Surfers and skydivers are welcomed to enjoy the entire Sundowner Tiona area, as well as the nearby town of Pacific Palms.
A circus package includes a four performance tickets for the Circus Xsavia show, and four nights of lodging. A DKS body-boarding package is available during the twice-annual event each August. A family package vacation includes a five-night stay in a luxury spa cottage, seafood platter, breakfast, ice cream, and a "Sandcastle Fun Bag" for children.
