    • New Number One is a Chinese restaurant located in downtown Rochester's South Wedge district. Classic American Chinese staples like egg rolls, won ton soup, lo mein, chow mein and dumplings are available. Entrees include vegetable, seafood, beef, chicken and poultry options.     • Chen Garden is a family-owned restaurant in the southern downtown area, featuring regional cuisines from China as well as a wide selection of Thai and Southeast Asian dishes.
