The Festival Latino is an annual Hispanic festival held at Six Flags America, located twenty miles outside of Baltimore, Maryland. The festival is a great way to celebrate Hispanic culture.
The festival takes place in late July from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Admission to the Festival Latino is free with regular park admission including season passes. Discount tickets can often be purchased in advance from retail outlets and children under 4 feet tall are given a 50 percent discount. Children 2 years of age or younger are allowed free entrance to the park.
Many Hispanic musicians are invited every year to play at the festival. Though the line-up changes yearly there are free concerts taking place throughout the day in the park.
The Festival Latino takes place in the Gotham Arena inside the Six Flags park. Guests are encouraged to explore the rest of the park during the day.
In addition to the restaurants and other food vendors located throughout the park, special vendors set up in the Gotham Arena for the festival serve Hispanic food to guests.
