Instructions for the Graco Fold Down Stroller

Strollers are pretty bulky, and they take up a lot of room in our car trunks when they are unfolded. Fortunately, many of Graco's current strollers fold down or collapse, making them easy to store and transport. All of their strollers will fold using a release lever, but even with the release lever engaged, the Graco stroller will not fold if you have failed to complete the additional steps required to prepare the stroller for storage.

Instructions

    • 1

Remove the baby, and any additional items such as bottles and bags, from the stroller

    • 2

Pull the plastic slides up, or push in the buttons, on each side of the handle.

    • 3

Push the handle into the rear position, if it is forward.

    • 4

Pull the seat adjustment cords, located behind the seat, to tighten them and force the seat into the most upright position.

    • 5

Step on each brake pedal to lock them. They are located next to each rear tire.

    • 6

Push the button on the release lever, located on the top of the stroller handle, all the way to the right with your thumb.

    • 7

While still holding the button in place, rotate the release lever toward you. The stroller will then unlock. In some Graco strollers, instead of rotating the release lever on the handle, you will pull up the spring-loaded levers on each side of the stroller at the same time to unlock it.

    • 8

Pull the stroller up by its handle and it will collapse upon itself.
