The Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian is located at the George Gustav Heye Center near Battery Park in New York City. The museum is open every day of the week, and there is no admission fee. As a part of the Native Networks program, the museum offers free daily screenings of short Native American-themed films. These free films are just long enough to tell an interesting story, but short enough to accommodate kids' attention spans. Screenings vary by season.
