How to Visit Disney World Without Waiting In Line

Disney World, located in Orlando, Florida, is a premier family vacation spot. It is comprised of four theme parks and two water parks. Disney World attracts visitors from all over the world each day. The amount of time you spend standing in line depends on how well you prepare for your visit. Knowing your options before entering the park is important to cutting back on the time you will spend waiting in line at each attraction.

Instructions

  1. Minimize Your Time In Line

Get the FASTPASS. This service allows you to come back to an attraction at a certain time so you can avoid standing in line. Simply go to a FASTPASS distribution machine. The screen will allow you to check the time to return and print out a ticket. Then, you can go enjoy other areas of the park until it is your time to return, avoiding standing in a long line.

Use the single rider line. Some attractions have a line specifically for people riding alone. In these lines you can move to the front very quickly. Single riders fill in the empty seats on each ride.

    • 3

Book your room at a Walt Disney World Hotel. By staying in a Disney hotel, you get access to "Extra Magic Hours." When you check in you will get a schedule of the extended park hours. These hours are only available to guests of Disney hotels which means less crowding and less wait time in line.

Get a swap ticket. For adults traveling with small children, the swap ticket is a great way to avoid standing in line twice. You must ask an attendant for the ticket. The ticket enables you to board a ride while the other adult stays with the child. When you get off, you stay with the child and your partner gets to board the ride. No need to go to the end of the line and wait again.
