Go to any of the Disney Vacation Club kiosks you'll find all over Disney properties. They are in each of the parks, Downtown Disney and most resort hotels.
Tell the cast member at the kiosk that you want to take a tour of the Disney Vacation Club facilities, which includes free pickup and delivery at your resort hotel. You can tour immediately or schedule it for a later date.
Go on the tour with your tour guide cast member. First you'll be taken to the Disney Vacation Club office where you'll be offered assorted snacks and soft drinks. Your guide will present details and features of the Disney Vacation Club.
View the sample condos and suites of the Disney Vacation Club. Walk around and explore the rooms. When the tour is complete, you will return to the office.
Review the vacation club financing information. The sales pitch is low key, and the staff will not be disturbed if you tell them you will consider the offer and decide when you return home. At the end of the discussion, which takes about 10 minutes, every member of your party will receive a $15 Disney gift card, good anywhere on Disney property or at Disney stores.
