Who invented SeaWorld Orlando theme park?
SeaWorld Orlando was originally conceived by George Millay, a former United States Navy frogman and marine life enthusiast. He was inspired by the success of Marineland of the Pacific in California and wanted to create a similar marine-themed park in Florida. Millay worked with several partners to develop the concept and secure financing for the project.
SeaWorld Orlando officially opened on December 15, 1973.
