To be allowed on a ride, an individual must meet the minimum height for the ride. A post in the line for each attraction physically marks how tall someone must be to ride. An individual also must be able to fit into the ride's seat and secure any safety harnesses around themselves.
Depending on a ride's intensity and the elements the attraction involves, different health advisories are listed at the beginning of the attraction's line. These involve warnings against individuals who are pregnant, in bad health, or have conditions such as epilepsy whose health might be endangered by the ride.
While there are no official weight limits, the theme parks were originally designed when people had a lower average weight than they do today. Consequently, Disney has had to renovate some of its rides to support more weight than they were originally designed to.
