What to Do in Guaymas, Mexico

A small coastal town of less than 2,000 inhabitants in northwestern Mexico, Guaymas is known for its shipping port and seafood production as well its Carnival festivities and tourist attractions.

    • A town tradition that dates back to 1888, Guaymas celebrates Carnival every February with a parade and festivities, including the election of a Carnival king and queen.
