Though open to the public, Red Room calls itself a "secret" club because its success has built solely from word-of-mouth advertising. The upscale, over-21 night club boasts a $100,000 interior design modeled after the speakeasy clubs of the prohibition era. Popular celebrities, sports figures and touring music artists frequently visit Red Room. Cigars are available from the club's humidor, and cigar smoking is allowed outside in Red Room's luxurious patio seating area. Red Room is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and accommodates private parties.

Tantric is a large, upscale, New York city-style night club and martini bar located just north of Providence. The club is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and has different themes, dress codes, and admission fees each night. College night allows casual dress (but no baseball caps) and has a $5 to $10 entrance fee. Friday is Latin hip-hop night, requires upscale casual dress (no gym shoes) and has a $10 cover charge. Admission is also $10 on Saturdays, and collared shirts and dress shoes are required.
