Northwest Foodservice Show is the largest restaurant, food service and hospitality trade show in the Pacific Northwest. The show features over 450 vendor booths, free educational seminars from industry experts, cooking demonstrations from top chefs at the Demo Stage and food sampling and local wine and beer pairing tips and tastings at the Tasting Pavilion.
The Northwest Foodservice Show's website offers a "Virtual Trade Show," in which you can search for companies exhibiting at the show, view company and contact information and look at pictures and product descriptions of exhibitors at the show. There is also an "Eco-Center" section that features green initiatives including eco-friendly products and services.

Seattle Food and Wine Experience is for people who are passionate about food and wine and features over 100 wineries from 11 countries; top restaurants and Executive Chefs from around the world showcasing their skill and offering food tastings; a culinary exhibition stage, artisan brews and a Starbucks coffee station. There is also a trade show featuring dozens of exhibitors selling unique products and services related to food and wine. Proceeds from all sales will also benefit the Beecher's Flagship Foundation, which educates children about healthy food choices.

Taste of Tacoma is a family-friendly event that spans the streets of downtown Tacoma. In 2009, over 250,000 people attended this food show. Taste of Tacoma features live music, free food samples, interactive vendor exhibits, 30+ restaurants booths and over 25 food companies that provide food samples. Four large concert stages play a variety of live music and comedy shows for the large crowds in attendance. There is also an upscale wine tasting event at the Emerald Queen Casino Taste of Tacoma, with proceeds benefiting the Greater Metro Parks Foundation.

Bite of Seattle is an annual food show that began in 1982. The event is attended by more than 450,000 people and features over 60 restaurants showcasing Washington's finest food and wine. This food shows features several unique offerings: starting in 2010, there are "Just a Bite" portions, which are smaller portion sizes from each vendor at a discounted price. "The Bite Cooks" is an interactive stage presentation that has celebrity chefs testing their speed and creativity on stage in front of a live audience. "The Alley" offers a full meal each day of the show from seven Seattle restaurants for a small fee, with part of the proceeds going to the Food Lifeline charity. For the health-conscious crowd, the food show offers "Hope Heart Right Bites," which are healthier alternatives from each participating restaurant. There is also a skateboarding tournament, wine tastings, comedy club, awards show and food and trade show vendors in attendance selling a variety of food products and services.
