How to Upgrade a World Passport
Upgrading to the World Passport may or may not be beneficial, but it will definitely make a statement and show support of human rights. According to the World Government, "The World Passport represents the inalienable human right of freedom of travel on planet Earth. Therefore it is premised on the fundamental oneness or unity of the human community" (2011). In Article 13(2) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the World Passport is mandated. The article states that everyone has the right to leave any country and return to any country, including his own, freely. For those interested in traveling outside of their own country on a regular basis, the World Passport is an appealing document to own.

Sign ATTESTATION OF UNDERSTANDING AND CERTIFICATION OF INFORMATION and have your signature authenticated.

Mail the form along with 4 photos and a payment method to the address provided on the form. Payment methods include Western Union QuickPay, U.S. Bank check showing bank information, international money order in U.S. Dollars, International Response Coupons or a valid credit card. The fee is $45.00 in U.S. Currency for a three year passport. Longer options are available.
