How to Replace a Lost Air Miles Card

Losing an Air Miles card can be an annoying and stressful experience. Fortunately, the process of replacing a lost Air Miles card is incredibly simple. Before you order your new card, you'll need to gather a few pieces of information from your account. You will also need to have access to the Internet or a telephone if you wish to replace your card.

  Call the Air Miles customer service line at 1-888-AIRMILES (1-888-247-6453) and ask for a new card. Have your collector number and PIN ready before you call, as these are used to verify that you are the cardholder.

  Open your Internet browser, and go to the Air Miles website.

  Sign in to your account.

  Click on the "Collector Card" tab. Under the tab, you will see the "Order New or Replacement Cards Link." Click on this link, and follow the instructions to receive your new Air Miles card.
