Access your Web browser and go to the Embassy of the United States in Canada Web site, which is canada.usembassy.gov.
Click on "Citizen Services," which will bring up a drop-down menu. Click "Consulates."
Click on "Toronto" in the menu on the left.
Click on "Schedule An Appointment." This will direct you take you down to the heading "Schedule an Appointment" on the same page. Follow the link under this heading to go to the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs Web site.
Click "Make Appointment."
Choose the service you require and make your appointment. You must choose your appointment from a calendar that displays available appointment dates and times.
Complete a visa application and pay your visa fees. You cannot make a visa application appointment at the U.S. consulate until you complete an online visa application and pay the required fees. You can find information on different visa requirements and links to the online application on the Embassy of the United States in Canada Web site.
Access your Web browser and go to the U.S. Visa Service Web site, which is usvisa-info.com. Alternately, you can call the U.S. consulate in Toronto directly at (647) 955-3736.
Choose "Canada-English" from the drop-down menu.
Click on "Schedule an Appointment Online."
Verify you have read the information on the next screen and click to continue. Fill in your passport number, date of birth and nationality on the next screen and click "Log In." Continue to the next page and schedule your appointment. Be sure to specify that you want your appointment to be at the Toronto consulate.
