Set the dials on a new lock to "0-0-0." If you have previously set the lock's combination, you will need to set the dials to the last set combination. If you do not know your last known set combination, there is no way to reset the Masterlock 630D.
Turn the shackle 90 degrees or approximately a quarter turn.
Press and hold the shackle as far down as possible in this position.
Set the dials to the desired combination. The dial numbers should line up with the red stripe on the lock.
Raise the shackle and return it to the closed position. Hold the shackle down in the closed position.
Scramble the dial numbers. Your Masterlock 630D is now reset to the new combination.
