Groom your body. Remove unwanted hair on the legs, back, bikini line and chest, if necessary. Follow all hair removal procedures with a moisturizing lotion. Use the lotion to smooth the skin and add moisture that may have been stripped during the shaving or waxing process.
Get summer ready fast by using a bronzer. Add color to brighten the skin with a tanning creme or bronzer. Apply liberally all over the body to ensure an even tan. Refer to the product for directions on use and frequency of application.
Perform light cardiovascular exercises to strengthen the body. Get back into shape and firm the body for added confidence. Being prepared will lessen pressures on the day should you decide to bare your naked body while on the cruise. You will have more fun, the more confident you are with your physical appearance.
Pack light. Choose clothes that easy to interchange and remove, should you want to. Avoid heavy denim shorts and opt for cotton shorts or wrap-around skirts and pull-overs. Not having to make considerations for your wardrobe will inspire you to be free and spontaneous should the moment to bare all arise. You don't want to be distracted by a complicated garment when you could be living freely and in the moment.
Bring lots of sunscreen. Bring sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 UVA and UVB protection. Apply the lotion liberally to the face, hands and body. Re-apply after excessive sweating or long periods swimming. Consider a higher SPF, if sun bathing for a long period of time under the mid-day sun. You may also want to consider a large sun hat for added protection.
